"In the near 16 years that I have worked for Sunley both as a Site Manager and as a Development Manager, C. Watkins as a company have always provided a good service. I would suggest that the main reason for this is the example of leadership set by Wyn Watkins, who despite working in what can sometimes be a hostile industry, has always proved to be a gentleman in the true sense of the word and has always been true to his word. He works to a set of principles that many would say became extinct in our industry many years ago. Dealing with him has always been refreshing.

Through this leadership his company attracts, what I would suggest, are some of the best tradesmen in the industry, and at site level this means minimal problems during construction, minimal defects following completion and greater customer satisfaction. Due to the complex nature of our industry there will always be some occasions when remedial and maintenance works are necessary and again in this regard C. Watkins has always provided a very good service, due to their working policy of 'we never walk away from a problem'.
